We started in 1992 and are 150+ members strong! You can participate as much or as little as you want. We have something for everyone! Classes, Retreats, Monthly Coffees (informal meetings around town and in individual quilt rooms), Show and Tell, Great Teachers from all over.
We have a monthly newsletter keeping you informed of all the "goings" on!
We are "involved." Monthly gathering for our Comfort Quilts community service and as always "Sit and Sew" time with our Fabric Stores in town.
Camp Retreats in both the Summer and Winter.
Members have smaller sewing circles "friendship" groups that you will get to know and join.
Bi Annual Quit Show in November
Host annual "Quilting at the Lake" in January.
Wonderful friendships can and have been formed through this club.
Whether you are a “newbie” or a returning member, we bid you a warm WELCOME! We hope you are able to make new friends, possibly connect with some old ones, but in all cases develop the love of quilting that has brought us all together.
The purpose of this organization is to contribute to the knowledge of and to promote the appreciation of fine quilts; to sponsor and support quilting activities; to encourage quilt making and collecting; to contribute to the growth of knowledge of quilting techniques, textiles, patterns, history and quilt makers through education.
