How do I change my password?
Click on the person icon at the upper right corner of the website. Choose “Change password” and you can change your password here.
If you don’t remember your password, click on the person icon at the upper right corner of the website, scroll down and choose “Forgot password.”
How do I cancel a class I've signed up for?
Log into your account at havasustitchers.com.
Go to your profile by clicking on the person icon at the upper right corner of the website and scroll down to “View profile.” You should see your membership card for Havasu Stitchers.
Then click on the tab that says “My event registrations.” You will see a list of all the events you have registered for.
Scroll down to locate the event you wish to cancel, move your mouse over that event, and click on the event. Scroll down to the “Already registered” link, and click on that.
A new screen will open up and there will be a “Cancel registration” button. Click on that button and give your reason for canceling the registration. Select “Cancel registration” button again, and a new screen will appear and show a confirmation of a successful cancellation.
IMPORTANT: If you do NOT see a "Cancel registration” button, then that particular class must be canceled through the Education Chair. Please contact Sherri Ashford to cancel those classes and/or events.
Your fee will now appear as available to be used for a future event. You MUST CHOOSE how to use the funds for your future event.
How can I apply a credit to an event/class?
Go to your profile by clicking on the person icon at the upper right corner of the website and choose “View profile.”
Click on the tab that says “Invoices and payment.”
Outstanding invoice amounts appear in RED and credit amounts appear in BLACK.
Members can select the invoice and credit they want to use by placing a check in the TINY box to the right of the amounts.
After choosing the appropriate boxes, click on the “Pay online” button if the credit amount is less than the selected invoice amount.
Or click on the “Settle” button if the credit amount equals the invoice amount.
