Welcome to Havasu Stitchers.  If you are a member, you should have already received information by email on how to log into the Havasu Stitchers website.  If not, go to the upper right corner and click on the person icon located above the words "Click Above to Login" to log in.  You will use your email to log in.  

Our Home page has current news, including our general meeting information and any upcoming events.  If you scroll down, you'll see the next five events on our calendar.

The Our Guild tab has several pages that drop down.  Just hover your mouse over the tab, and you'll see pages for our board and committee members, charter members, past presidents, Stitcher of the Year recipients, bylaws, meeting minutes, financial reports, newsletters, and more.  Some of these pages can only be seen by members, so you must be logged in to your account.

Under the Our Guild tab, there is also a Guild Resources and a Freebies and Links page with our member vendors and services and fun free patterns, videos, and other helpful links.

Any large events such as our Quilt Show or National Quilting Day will have a dedicated page on our website that will have information about those events.  All past events are in the Past Events tab located under the Events & Classes page.

Probably the most popular page is Events & Classes.  You can browse the events and sign up online.  If you do not want to pay online, that's fine.  Just click the "Pay later" option and you can write a check to Havasu Stitchers and get that check to our Treasurer by mail or at a meeting.  However, you MUST be signed up online to secure your seat.  If you need help getting registered, just send an email to info@havasustitchers.com and let us know. 

If an event is sold out, please add yourself to the wait list.  The system will automatically add you and send you an invoice in case of a cancellation.  If you receive an invoice, then you've been added to the event.  You will NOT receive an invoice if you are still on the waitlist.  The wait list also lets our Education V.P. know there is more interest in that class and can possibly arrange a second class.

We occasionally have items for purchase in Our Store.  Currently we have a few 8" clappers with the Havasu Stitchers logo, and a few handmade iron stands. 

We have a few pages available for Members Only.  You must be logged in to see those pages.  They include a membership directory and another page with links to a photo gallery, past quilt show programs, a PDF of the photobooks, and some YouTube videos made of some members.

There is an app available for your phone to access a very small portion of the website.  It is called Wild Apricot for Members.  Please do NOT confuse this with the capabilities of the full website.  It gives you a member directory and events listing ONLY.  You can use it to sign up for events and classes.  It does not replace the full website.
